Future Sales Opportunities

Department: Contact Center
Location: Bartlesville, OK

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals for future sales opportunities in our company. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Actively seek out new leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales activities

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
